HFI moves up to DMCC Plus+ for Middle East regional and international groups
HFI Consulting International is pleased to announce the launch of its DMCC Plus+ Corporate & Compliance Solutions service. This will focus on the use of DMCC free zone entities in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates for client Middle East regional and wider international business group structures.
Clients are looking for the best fit criteria: proximity to key markets and customers, 100% ownership and control, cost benefit, tax effectiveness, automated efficiency and strong compliance regulation – DMCC offers up all of those benefits, especially in an era where offshore companies have lost their sheen.
DMCC entities can provide an initial platform for entry into the Middle East market from which the business can evolve in line with revenues and resources. They can form part of a wider mix of joint ventures, branches, subsidiaries and local partner agreements.
DMCC has also introduced a number of significant reforms in the last 12 months: new entities can be established in the free zone from the outset. However, existing entities can now have their domiciles transferred into the DMCC free zone and DMCC entities can be merged and amalgamated with other entities.
HFI’s DMCC Pus+ Corporate & Compliance Solutions will offer an integrated range of more than 20 services including business establishment, transfers of domicile and amalgamations. It will also cover related employment and visa matters, shareholder rights and procedures, and directors’ duties and corporate governance. The full range of services is as follows:-
