Hugh Fraser commented: “Brandon and I have recognised for some time that SMEs operating in the core territories of interest to us such as the Middle East face huge challenges in resolving disputes. Costs, timelines, uncertain outcomes and enforcement issues cause significant challenges and Brandon and I are determined to collaborate to offer clients an alternative approach, both in framing dispute resolution mechanisms in contracts and in managing disputes should they arise. I look forward to rolling out this new service to clients as we progress into 2019.”
