Who We Are

Dr. Bader is a certified lawyer and arbitrator in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with around 20 years of experience in the legal field, with an extensive background and strong passion for resolving conflicts in corporate and investment matters. He is the Managing Partner of AlSuwaiket & AlBusaiyes Lawyers and Legal Consultants. He represented clients in a wide range of legal matters from different industries such as maritime, oil and gas, energy, logistics, pharmaceutical, banking, petrochemical, insurance, tax, aviation, retail and more.

His area of expertise includes contracts, customs law, companies incorporations, regulations of trade, corporate law and corporate governance, foreign investment, intellectual property, legal due diligence, merger and acquisition, mediation, commercial arbitration, and litigation.

Dr. Bader is an active member in the following organisations, Saudi Bar Association, fellow of the Institute of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) London, The International Bar Association (IBA), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre, Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), Asharqia Commercial Arbitration Center Saudi Arabia, Panel of Arbitrators – Arbitration Centre - Abu Dhabi Global Market, The European Court of Arbitration – Kuwait Chapter, New York International Arbitration Center (NYIAC), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), The London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA), Saudi Association for Energy Economics (SAEE), Arab British Chamber of Commerce (ABCC) etc. Dr. Bader is also the Vice-Chair for Saudi- Latin America Business Council and a member of the executive committee for the Saudi - Central Asian Business Council.
