Who We Are

Irina is originally from Uzbekistan and is fluent in Russian and English. Based in Dubai after living and working in Afghanistan and Iraq, she joined HFI in 2017 extensive experience for supporting international projects including a project administrator for Lukoil International Services BV for the West Qurna-2 Gas Turbine Power Plant Project in Iraq between 2013 and 2017. Irina is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). She is HFI’s senior corporate services specialist for the Caspian & Central Asia region and leads HFI’s Woodpecker Contract Automation Services initiative.
