HFI’s DMCC Corporate & Compliance Solutions service, offering the clear-cut optimum option for early phase business expansion into the Middle East region, has experienced strong growth following ADIPEC Exhibition and Conference 2022 in November.

The free zone offers 100% ownership without local partner involvement, limited liability ring-fencing of risk, benign taxation, local visas and an effective regulatory framework, although consideration will have to be made with the impact of the 9% corporation tax in the UAE being introduced for financial years ending on or after 1 June 2023.
