HFI’s October 2024 eNewsbook
A warm welcome to HFI’s October 2024 eNewsbook. Please click here for the interactive flipbook, and please click here for the static PDF.
It is a pleasure to feature some of our key clients and connections in this month’s eNewsbook – Energy Industries Council (EIC), Global CCS Institute, Net Zero Technology Centre (NZTC), Global Underwater Hub (GUH) and Society of Underwater Technology (SUT).
With ADIPEC 2024, in just over a week’s time, I am delighted to be taking part in the EIC Networking Breakfast being held on 4 November and to be invited as a panel member on the topic of “Unleashing Global Energy: How Can We Spark Cross-Border Collaboration and Trade?” HFI will be present for the whole of ADIPEC 2024 week and we are looking forward to catching up with clients and connections.
There are so many engaging conferences and events during ADIPEC, it is impossible to mention them all. We have included a full list of ADIPEC conferences within this eNewsbook. Notably, the SUT will be hosting an “Offshore and Wind Perspective on Managing Subsea Power Systems” featuring GUH. The Global CCS Institute will be hosting a members’ conference alongside the event which will update on the progress of the roll-out of CCS projects throughout the region and NZTC is partnering with ADNOC Group, hosting the Sulphur Innovation Challenge competition.
Across the GCC, the EIC DataStream project database is now tracking 509 energy projects with a total value of almost US$750bn in the GCC in the period to 2030 underlining the scale of the energy sector opportunities in the Middle East.
One route to unlocking these opportunities is the acquisition option. HFI has over 20 years track record of planning and implementing clients’ acquisition mandates in the Middle East and we felt the time was right to capture that expertise and experience in our recent Acquisitions & Divestments eGuidebook.
HFI continues to focus on our core area – the Middle East energy sector ventures for clients with advanced energy technology and know-how, and developing our key client services: Middle East/International Group Structures, Local Partner Ventures, Technology Transfer & Local Manufacturing Ventures, as well as Acquisitions & Divestments.
I hope the features in our October eNewsbook will be of interest, and please contact Sally Reeves, HFI’s Client Relations Manager, to arrange a call if we can be of support in your MENA business ventures.
