Four key appointments at Hugh Fraser International
I am delighted to announce the arrival of four new team members: Sally Reeves joins our management team as Client Relations Manager following a term with California-based AI specialists, SambaNova Systems; Manel Sghari, a French/Tunisian international trade & disputes resolution lawyer, Mark O'Toole, an Irish corporate/commercial lawyer and Niveditta Manoj, an Indian corporate/commercial lawyer, all join HFI’s specialist legal team to boost our range and reach of services to clients .
Manel will focus on supporting Hader Helal and myself to ramp the International JV for Egypt, North Africa & the Mediterranean.
Niveditta will support Mukund Puranik and myself to roll out the Puranik & Fraser International JV for India & South Asia.
Mark will support HFI’s core MENA corporate/energy practice which is based in the UAE.
Sally will play a key role moving our client services strategy, systems and technology to the next level.
Sally Reeves - Sally joined HFI in March 2023 as the Client Relations Manager for EMEA and North America. Prior to joining HFI, Sally worked within the technology industry, most recently with a SambaNova Systems, an AI start up based in Palo Alto.
Manel Sghari – Manel is a French lawyer specialising in international trade and disputes resolution lawyer with over ten years experience. Originally from Tunis, she is fluent in Arabic, French and English. She is based between Paris, Tunis and Dubai.
Mark O’Toole - Mark is a qualified Irish solicitor with a strong commercial and corporate background. Mark's experience includes advising clients from various industries across the globe on high-value deals including in the energy sector. He has assisted clients with funding rounds, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
Niveditta Manoj is a corporate and commercial lawyer from India and is fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil. She completed undergraduate dual degree in (Hons) from VIT School of Law and her post graduate degree in Corporate & Finance Law and Policy from O P Jindal Global University.
