On behalf of HFI Consulting International can I extend our thoughts and best wishes to Beirut and Lebanon following yesterday’s horrendous explosion at the port of Beirut.
It is a long time since Beirut has been described as the “Paris of the East” and the blast and the associated fatalities and injuries could not come at a worst time when many businesses and families are struggling with huge economic challenges. The cloud of COVID-19 also compounds the problems and challenges. The country continues to produce talented, highly-educated and multi-lingual people and HFI Consulting International has benefited, and continues to benefit, hugely from our team members from Lebanon. We wish them and their families our hopes and best wishes for a better future and that Beirut and Lebanon will overcome these challenges and demonstrate its usual resilience.
